Business operations

VVO is Finland´s largest national provider of housing services. Its diverse range includes rental, right-of-occupancy and owner-occupied dwellings. VVO-kotikeskus home centres serve clients in 13 different municipalities all over Finland.

VVO has two business units: housing development and construction and rental housing. The share of rental housing in group turnover is 74%, housing development and construction 23%, and other business 3%.
