VVO owns approximately 38,000 rental apartments in some 60 municipalities. These apartments are rented out and managed by 13 VVO-kotikeskus home centres. Almost 90% of VVO´s rental apartments are located in growth towns and municipalities.

Business operations have been divided into three regional profit centres, each responsible for the value of properties and client relationships in their own geographical areas. The share of VVO Group turnover generated by this unit is 74%.

VVO wants to be the best in its field. Attaining this goal requires active interaction with clients and the ability to refine the service in accordance with client needs. As a major national operator, VVO is able to take advantage of economies of scale in its purchasing. Rent-setting is predictable and sustained, and property maintenance is methodical and emphasises the entire life cycle of the building.
