Customer management

VVO owns nearly 40,000 rental apartments in 45 communities. Rental and building management services are handled at 13 regional VVO Home Centres.

Our services are based on customers´ needs. Our key goal is to exceed our customers´ expectations. We create opportunities for good quality living for our customers´ various life situations.

In accordance with the VVO strategy, we aim to be as close to our customers as possible. VVO Home Centres handle rental and building management services, and the best partners are selected for outsourced services such as cleaning and maintenance.

It is the goal of VVO to be Finland´s most significant rental housing company and the one ranked the best by its customers by 2012. This will require a broad apartment offering, increasing awareness of VVO and continuous development of housing services.

Customer Manager Juha Heino is responsible for turnover and for the operating efficiency of housing rentals. He also runs the VVO Home Centres.
