Rental housing

Find out about our rental housing using the search function or the map. You can also see what´s currently vacant and what will be soon be vacated. If you would like to exchange your present VVO home for another one, maybe in a different location, look for your dream home using the search function or map, and fill in the rental housing application form. If you are already a client, take a look at the advertisements from other clients seeking to exchange their dwellings at our housing exchange market.

If you are 55 years old or above, you can apply for a senior citizen´s home, in which the use of space, technical functionality and the proximity of services are emphasised.

Once you have selected a suitable dwelling for yourself or your family, fill in the information requested on the housing application form. We will then contact you as soon as possible. If you need further information or assistance in finding a home, contact the VVO Housing Centre.

Please note that, if you want a dwelling that has been built using a Housing Fund of Finland or interest-subsidy loan, you will be asked for information regarding your income and assets. This is because income and asset limits are applied to those seeking such dwellings. No income or assets limits exist for rental housing that is privately financed.

For VVO housing, rental security usually amounts to e250.
